Directions for Use - Aloe Vera Drinking Juice

Daily Consumption:


  • Standard Dose: Drink 20-30 millilitres (ml) of pure aloe vera juice up to 3 times dally, ideally before meals.

  • Initial Dose: To introduce aloe vera to your daily routine, begin with 10 ml per serving and gradually increase to the standard dose as your body adapts.


Serving Suggestions:


  • Direct Consumption: Drink the juice on its own for the full spectrum of aloe's benefits.

  • Mixed In Water: Dilute the juice with a glass of water, coconut water, or your favourite fruit juice.

  • Added to Smoothies: Enhance your smoothies with aloe verajuice by adding it as part of your liquid base for an extra hydrating boost.

  • With Herbal Teas: Mix the juice into warm or chilled herbal teas for a soothing and health enhancing beverage.


Serving Tip
