From Australia to the United Kingdom: Our Aloe Vera Journey

Every successful partnership has a beginning, and ours started with a shared belief that premium-quality Aloe Vera deserves to be available to more people.
HealthWest UK’s Aloe Vera journey began by introducing a selection of proven Aloe Vera formulations developed by Saul and the team at Aloe Vera Australia. These included customer favourites such as the SPF 30+ Sunscreen, After Sun Cooling Gel, and Hair & Skin Gel. Recognising the exceptional quality of these products, we incorporated them into our Australian and UK eCommerce stores, branding the formulations under our own HealthWest UK and Pacha Ra labels.
These products were already well established. They were not created overnight, nor did they suddenly appear on the market. For more than two decades, Saul has been supplying these Aloe Vera formulations throughout Australia, earning the trust of hundreds of hair and beauty salons, cosmetic brands, health stores, wellness practitioners, and retailers. Their reputation has been built through consistent quality, customer satisfaction, and proven performance.
What makes these formulations particularly special is the Aloe Vera itself. The Aloe Vera originates from the fertile volcanic soils of Bali, where the mineral-rich environment provides ideal growing conditions for producing nutrient-rich Aloe Vera of exceptional quality.
As our relationship with Aloe Vera Australia continued to grow, both Aloe Vera Australia and AloVe Bali recognised the passion, professionalism, and business model that HealthWest UK had developed. It soon became clear that there was an opportunity to introduce these premium Aloe Vera ingredients to a much wider audience.
Not long afterwards, HealthWest UK’s Managing Director, Lee Milward, was introduced to Henk and Agus from AloVe Bali. What began as a conversation quickly evolved into a shared vision. Together, we explored how HealthWest UK could become the spearhead for introducing AloVe Bali’s premium Aloe Vera products throughout the United Kingdom and, ultimately, across Europe.
Today, that vision has become a reality.
Through our dedicated wholesale division, HealthWest UK Wholesale, we now import and distribute premium Aloe Vera ingredients from AloVe Bali to manufacturers, formulators, cosmetic brands, health practitioners, and wholesale partners across the UK. Our wholesale business enables businesses to source premium Aloe Vera directly from one of Bali’s most respected producers, providing bulk ingredients for a wide range of health, wellness, cosmetic, and personal care applications.
While our wholesale division continues to expand, we remain committed to supporting Aloe Vera Australia by continuing to offer Saul’s trusted retail formulations. These products are available under our HealthWest UK and Pacha Ra brands in convenient 100ml, 250ml, and 500ml sizes, ensuring customers can continue to enjoy the same trusted products that Australians have relied upon for more than 20 years.
Our journey, however, is only just beginning.
Building on the knowledge and experience gained through our close relationships with Aloe Vera Australia and AloVe Bali, HealthWest UK is now developing a range of our own unique Aloe Vera formulations. These exciting new products are currently in development and are expected to enter product testing towards the end of this year. Subject to successful testing and final approvals, we hope to make these exclusive formulations available shortly afterwards.
For us, Aloe Vera has never been simply another product to sell. It represents a commitment to quality, trusted partnerships, and continuous innovation.
