At HealthWest UK, we have always believed that business is about more than simply selling a product.
It is about people, relationships, trust and reciprocity.
And sometimes, when you have been fortunate enough to build successful businesses, you have an opportunity to use that experience, knowledge and capability to help other businesses grow too.
That philosophy is one of the reasons we created 3 Clouds Collective.
From products to business support
3 Clouds Collective is our business support, design and marketing company, owned and operated by the same people behind:
HealthWest UK Ltd — our UK retail and wholesale health and wellness business
Oceanic Native Exports — supplying Australian, Oceanic and Southeast Asian botanicals and natural ingredients to businesses around the world
Entrepo Pty Ltd — our Australian operations and ecommerce businesses
Over the years, we’ve learned a great deal about what it takes to build and operate businesses.
We’ve also learned something else.
No business has everything figured out.
Even successful businesses have gaps.
Sometimes it’s the packaging.
Sometimes the website isn’t doing the business justice.
Sometimes the branding has become outdated.
Sometimes the business owner knows exactly what they want to achieve but simply doesn’t have the time, skills or resources to make it happen.
And sometimes a practitioner or small manufacturer is simply too close to their own business to see what an outside pair of eyes might notice immediately.
That’s where we can help.

We’re business owners ourselves.
We understand the challenges of stock, suppliers, customers, cash flow, ecommerce, wholesale, compliance, marketing, branding and everything else that comes with trying to build a sustainable business.
But there’s something more important to us…
We don’t want to treat the businesses we work with as just another client.
And we certainly don’t want to see people as a number on a spreadsheet or another transaction.
We prefer to build relationships.
Long-term relationships.
Sometimes that means working together commercially.
Sometimes it means introducing businesses to each other.
Sometimes it means sharing something we’ve learned.
And occasionally, it means simply helping because we can.
When the sun is shining…
There is a philosophy we’ve developed over many years:
When the sun is shining on our businesses, we like to spread the light and warmth.
If we’ve been fortunate enough to develop the skills, knowledge and resources to help another business overcome a problem, why wouldn’t we?
Quite often, we’ll spot something in another business that could be improved and say:
“We think we can fix that.”
We’ll then offer to do it for a reasonable fee.
And sometimes, we won’t charge anything at all.
Not because we have to.
Simply because that business or that person has supported us, helped us, referred customers to us or contributed to our journey in some way.
One recent example demonstrates exactly what we mean.
A little thank you to a big supporter
For more than a year, Dr Jahanara Monaf had been directing patients to the HealthWest UK website to purchase products such as Ionic Silver and Fulvic Acid.
We had provided her with a special 15% discount code that she could share with her patients.
But something became increasingly obvious to us.
Dr Jahanara wasn’t doing this to receive a commission. She isn't.
She wasn’t doing it because we were paying her. We didn't.
She wasn’t expecting anything in return.
She was simply recommending products she believed could be useful to her patients.
Over time, she became one of our biggest supporters.
And we noticed.
So we decided to take a look at her website.
It was clear that the website could benefit from a little love and attention.
Rather than simply suggesting that she contact a web designer, we thought:
“Why don’t we just fix it?”
So our team went to work.
A new website — just because we could
We built Dr Jahanara a completely new website.
Free of charge.
And importantly, we built it using Wix, the same platform her original website had been built on.
That was deliberate.
We didn’t want to create something that left her dependent on us every time she wanted to make a change.
She retained the ability to manage her own website.
She also now has the reassurance that our design team is there if she needs help, advice, updates or further development.
For us, that was a much better outcome than simply handing over a website and walking away.

That’s what 3 Clouds Collective is really about
Yes, we provide professional design, marketing and business support services.
But our philosophy is bigger than that.
